Tutorial Results and More!

Here is a great tutorial I found in my quest to improve my web graphics creation knowledge.

Tutorial Notes, Problems, and my solutions if any found:
I did fantastic on this tutorial with the star part. The additional flare is where things started going south.
Once again I am defeated by the pen tool. I am making progress though. I have figured out how to make the wispy ends. 

• Select simulate pressure on the stroke path dialogue. I am stuck on copy and pasting a single line path and transforming them. It seems to want to group them up?  Back to reading up on that cursed pen tool.
• Ok! I got the wispy sides with the pen tool figured out…. A separate layer was the trick. Now I will try and finish this.

Review: This was actually an excellent tutorial. The level was beyond my level of expertise at this time. I was still able to finish it though with some extra study on the pen tool (my weakness).
